Delivery
Delivery will be added at the end of your purchase. items will be deliver via Royal mail and you are able to select the delivery to desire.
You will be up dated with tracking number once package has been sent
Returns policy
We are unable to offer returns or refunds on personalised items.
However if your item is damaged in transit we will require a photo of damaged item/s and the packaging it arrived in within 5 days from delivery.
we will look over photos and if we feel this is genuine we will be able to remake item.
Privacy Policy
Any personal photos, names, dates of birth ect will be kept until a item has been received by customer and they are happy with item, if we do not hear from the customer within 14days after delivery these details will automatically be deleted.
Any Photo or images used on this website has been agreed with the customer.
